To protect customer privacy, orders shipped to addresses in the United States arrive in an ordinary shipping package, with a return address from "The Access Group, Inc." and no indication of what is inside, so that not even the post office will know that the package is from Condom Country.

We ship orders within the United States and also to many other countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Packages to US states or territories are shipped via US First Class Mail for $3.95 or US Priority Mail for $5.95. These are flat charges regardless of the size of the order, and both services include Delivery Confirmation. In either case, packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We recommend UPS delivery services if a guaranteed arrival date is required.

Fast guaranteed delivery by United Parcel Service (UPS) is offered within the United States with 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. For orders to addresses in the 48 contiguous states, 2nd Day Air is $16.95 and Next Day Air Saver is $34.95. Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via 2nd Day Air is $34.95. (Next day service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.) We also offer economical UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states at $8.95 for those who do not need their products as quickly. All UPS charges are regardless of the size of the order. Please note that UPS uses only business days in the calculation i.e. an order placed Friday before 1 PM Pacific time and sent 2nd Day Air will arrive on Tuesday. Also note that a signature is required for UPS deliveries although often drivers will leave packages without a signature if they believe the location is secure enough. Finally, UPS requires a street address and in particular cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

All packages sent outside the US are shipped via airmail and are handled by your local postal office much as an airmail letter would arrive. If paying with a credit card issued by a foreign bank, we require that the package be sent to the credit card billing address. The shipping and handling charge to Canada is $4.95. The charge for other countries is $14.95. This amount is sufficient in most cases, but note that occasionally we need to contact customers and request additional funds for extremely heavy packages. Orders often arrive in two weeks or less, however, please allow up to six weeks as the amount of time depends mostly on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country on incoming shipments from the United States. We recommend checking with your local postal authorities for details.

Packages are shipped from Seattle, Washington in the USA. We ship every day Monday through Friday except for major national holidays. Orders received by 1 PM Pacific time are shipped the same day.

All packages have a return address from "The Access Group, Inc." Orders shipped within the United States have no indication on the outside of the package as to the nature of the contents. International packages are typically shipped with a customs declaration of contents as "Personal Health Care Products" but please note that orders which are valuable, heavy or sent to APO or FPO addresses require a more detailed declaration of the contents.
